The level and quality of documentation is your choice. You may supply a template document and/or guidelines.
If you are supplying specifications, Creative Design Solutions will probably question any instructions that do not make sense or are not clear. Creative Design Solutions will not change any of your requirements without your consent.
For smaller, less complicated projects, Creative Design Solutions can work more informally from a verbal requirement.
